APPOINTMENTS

Services are by appointment only, we recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the studio and let us know. You have within 15 minutes to arrive for your appointment. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and / or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW

In an effort to respect time, please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, via the confirmation email or text message you receive when scheduling your appointment. The cards are on file and will not be charged when you book. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations within a 24-hour period, and 100% for no-shows. We understand things come up. We appreciate your understanding.

NAIL SERVICES GUARANTEE

We provide 3 day guarantee on our services. If for any reason your nails chip within this time, we are happy to provide a complementary fix to only the nails than have chipped and the color must be the same.

NAIL DESIGN

If you want nail design, specify when making the reservation, to have the time allotted to that services.

REMOVAL

Make sure to book separately.​ if you currently have gel polish, dip powder or acrilyc that need to be soaked off.
